Tea Table Hat Decoration

Hello friends!  Today I am sharing the hat

that I made out of chipboard.  I covered it

in papers from the Prima Tales of Me line

that I got from the Gone Artsy store.  Then

I painted the inside white.  I used the

gorgeous laces from the shop to cover

the paper. GA323 is the Floral Cathedral lace

that covers the sides and go over the edge.

I used the GA 317 Floral Dangle lace on the brim.

I used the GA76 white beaded trim on top of the

dangle lace.  

I used the IOD Mould (GA837d) to make a paper 

clay (GA836) element that I painted pink and white 

for the front and added leaves from GA44 lace.

I added big white beads in random areas around the

chiffon flower that I made.

 I used the White Ostrich feather GA68 on the back

behind 3 more handmade chiffon flowers.  Hanging

is the GA318 Long Floral Applique that I cut a piece

to shorten it and again added the leaf lace.
