I finally made a Halloween card but I don't think she looks scary.

She (Witch Avery) is just way too cute and stylish.

Even the spider web ribbon adds a bit of elegance instead

of spookiness.  Maybe it's the pearl bling?  No, I think Avery

is just too adorable with her floppy hat and sleek boots.

Even the Bates Hotel die couldn't scare me away!  Lol.  If you would

Christmas Flower Ellie!

I know...I know...it's October and we still have other Holidays to celebrate 

before Christmas but...some people celebrate Christmas all year round
so this is for them.  :)  I mentioned with my last Christmas card post that I
decorate in Pinks so I thought I would show you how cute those colors work.

I'm dreaming of a Pink Christmas! I hope you are!  This card is called a gate fold but 

mine overlaps a bit.  The wreath is made from a Martha Stewart punch with many layers.  

Yes, I did some stitching again.  I really will put my sewing machine to

use on fabric soon and very soon.  I think you could color Christmas Flower Ellie

 in any color and she would look fabulous!  I adore her heart pockets and her shoes too.

French Girl Avery Again!

My Grand daughter Emeri turned 8 years old!  

Her bedroom is decorated in the French theme and also in Pink and Black.

Sooo I had to use the French Girl Avery for her card.

I colored her up with my beloved copic markers. Hehehe!

Had to add the fishnet stocking again.  :)  

The banner is a La La Land banner die with twine wrapped around it.

The clock is a Teresa Collins chipboard die cut with a  

pink poodle brad added to the center.

Zig zag stitching around the edges adds another texture. 

The papers are by Carta Bella and they are perfect

for this card.  Since I was sending this card in the mail, I 

had to keep the elements within the card size to fit in the envelope. 

The pictures were taken in my kitchen because it is

decorated in Pink, Black and French themed!

My grand daughter has great taste, right?

Reindeer Emma arrives early!

I know it's a little early to be posting Christmas cards but look at Emma!

How could I resist?

I decorate my house in Pink, White and Blue for Christmas but 

wanted to use the more traditional colors for this card.  

I added a red crystal behind the lamp so it would look like a 

red light bulb.  Can you see it?

I embossed the snow flakes with white embossing powder.

I added stickles to the holly for added blingage and 

used my Martha Stewart punch to add the golden branches.

Hopefully I have encouraged you to get into the
Christmas Spirit a little early this year!

Hey Good Looking!

Hey Good lookin!  What's cookin?  My 2nd Paper Nest Doll Design Team Card!

I used the adorable Chef Angelina stamp.  I colored her up with my Copic Markers! 

 I made the flower and painted a metal spoon to match the spoon that Angelina is holding.

I did some sewing around some of the paper.  Added fish tail banners. 

Searched through my button stash and found the perfect buttons to match.

I enjoy layering the paper and die cuts to make it pop.

I am really happy with the way she turned out.  I love the shabby chic colors.
